“See My Side” by Jordin Sparks

This song was not what I expected from a former American Idol winner. Most of their songs turn out to be overly produced pop music, sometimes fun, but usually not what I would call uplifting or tasteful music. However, “See My Side” by Jordin Sparks is truly beautiful. It’s a simple beauty too, which I really like. Simple and innocent and sincere.

After hearing this song for the first time, I ran to my computer and typed up a short story that popped into my head. It’s rare for a song to inspire something that quickly in my mind, but I believe that when something creative inspires more creativity, there must be something great to it.
