I have been evicted from a total of nine different apartments in my lifetime because I refuse to allow exterminations of roaches. I fear that it is going to happen to me for the tenth time very soon. Two years ago, I moved into an apartment building that has roaches– and I kept the numbers down in my apartment for thirteen months by taking them outside one-by-one. But then the infestation took over and now, ten months later, it is full-fledged. I am trying to find a way to 1)keep them out of the door frame of my door so the neighbors do not see me frantically catching roaches that scatter into the hallway every time I open my door and 2)catch the ones in the apartment on a large scale so I can take them outside safely. I do not want to be evicted and end up with them murdering the roaches left behind. I will be most grateful for any advice you can provide. Thank you.
